Who we are: levlmind

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on our website and waitlist pages (www.levlmind.com).

It does not cover the mobile app itself (which is local-first; data stays on your device). For app privacy, see the in-app notice.

1) What we collect on the Site

We keep it minimal. Contact details: email address (required for the waitlist).

Optional form info: platform preference (iOS/Android), biggest obstacle (e.g., FOMO), short survey answers. Basic site logs/analytics: Our website platform (Wix) may collect standard log data (IP, device/browser type, pages viewed) and set cookies for security, performance, and analytics. See “Cookies” below. We do not ask for or store sensitive categories of data on the Site.

2) How we use your information:

Waitlist & updates: to send early-access invites, beta information, and launch updates you requested. Product feedback (optional): to send brief surveys or ask for testing feedback. Operations & safety: to run, secure, and improve the Site (via Wix). We do not sell your personal data or run third-party ads.

3) Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR, where applicable)

Consent — when you join the waitlist or opt in to emails. Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Site, and to send you relevant updates about the product you requested. You can withdraw consent anytime (unsubscribe link or email info@levlmind.com).

4) Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers we use to run the Site: Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting, forms, basic automations and analytics. These providers act as our processors and process your data only on our instructions. We don’t permit them to sell your data.

5) International transfers

Wix may process data on servers outside your country (including the EU/EEA and the United States). Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used by Wix. See Wix’s privacy and cookie documentation for details.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

Wix may place cookies and similar technologies on the Site (e.g., essential, performance, analytics). You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

7) How long we keep data

Waitlist data: kept until launch or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Survey responses: kept as long as needed to run the beta and improve the product, then minimized or deleted. Logs/analytics: retained by Wix per their policies.

8) Your choices & rights

You can: Unsubscribe from emails at any time (link in emails) or email info@levlmind.com. Access, correct, or delete your Site data (subject to verification). Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Data portability: request a copy of the personal data you provided to us. For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request access or deletion as above.

9) Security

We use Wix’s platform security and limit access to Site data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to protect your information appropriately.

10) Children

The Site is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data on the Site.

11) Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the Effective date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist subscribers.

Note about the levlmind app

The app is local-first: your check-ins, pre-trade checks, rule-break logs, and debrief notes stay on your device. You can export or delete them in the app at any time. The app does not connect to your brokerage. That’s it. If you add tools later (e.g., email provider beyond Wix, analytics, crash reporting), update sections 4–6 to name them explicitly and adjust your App Store privacy labels accordingly.
