1. Introduction

Levlmind (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a mobile application and website (the “App” and “Site”) that help traders manage their habits and emotional process.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using Levlmind, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve Levlmind’s features.

a. Account Information

  • Email address (used for login and verification)

  • Optional profile information you choose to provide

b. Usage Data

  • Check-ins, journal entries, streaks, and related activity logs

  • App interactions, feature usage, and crash/diagnostic data

c. Device & Technical Information

  • Device type, operating system, app version, and general device identifiers (non-tracking) for analytics and support

  • IP address for session management and security

d. AI Chat Data (if used)

  • Messages you send to the AI and the AI’s responses are stored to maintain chat history

  • Conversations are linked to your account

  • We use a secure third-party AI service provider to process and generate responses

e. Cookies & Similar Technologies (Website Only)

  • Used for authentication, analytics, and site functionality

  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial data) and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide core features (check-ins, journaling, streak tracking, AI chat)

  • Sync your data securely across devices

  • Send account or service-related notifications

  • Analyze aggregated usage to improve app stability and performance

  • Respond to your support requests

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing without your consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption on trusted cloud providers (e.g., Firebase, AWS, or equivalent).
We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect against loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only in these cases:

  • Service providers who help operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI processing) under confidentiality agreements

  • Legal compliance if required by law or court order from a competent authority within the State of New Mexico or the United States

  • Business transfer if LevlMind is merged, acquired, or sold (you will be notified before material changes to data ownership)

All shared data is anonymized or strictly limited to the purpose described.

6. AI Chat Feature

If you use the AI coach/chat:

  • Messages are stored so your conversation history remains accessible

  • Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers under confidentiality terms

  • Chat data may be used in an aggregated, de-identified way to improve the feature

  • You can delete your chat history or your account at any time

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data through App settings

  • Export your check-in and journal history

  • Request deletion of your account by emailing info@levlmind.com

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Open Settings → Delete Account

  2. Confirm deletion
    Deleting removes your personal data from our systems, except limited backups retained briefly for recovery or as required by law.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
If you reside in the EU, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your information.

9. Children’s Privacy

LevlMind is not intended for anyone under 16 years old.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly and comply with applicable laws in the State of New Mexico and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

10. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Purchases made through the iOS App are processed by Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

  • We do not store or access your payment card details.

  • Apple’s Privacy Policy and payment terms apply.

  • Subscription details (status, renewal, expiration) are synced with your account.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to operate and improve the App.
After you delete your account, we may retain limited data for legal or security reasons (e.g., fraud prevention, backup logs) for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Legal Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, U.S.A.
Any disputes relating to privacy or data use will follow the same dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

13. Your Consent & Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When changes are significant, we’ll notify you in-app or by email and update the “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
