1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the LevlMind mobile application and website.
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. What LevlMind Is

LevlMind is a mindset and habit-support tool for traders.
It provides journaling, check-ins, streaks, and optional AI-based reflections to help improve discipline and focus.

LevlMind does not:

• Provide financial, investment, or trading advice

• Execute or manage brokerage accounts

• Provide medical or psychological treatment

All decisions and results are your responsibility.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Beta Program & Service Changes

The App may include beta features that can change or be removed at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App without liability.

6. Account & Access

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information

• Maintaining confidentiality of login codes or credentials

• All activity under your account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes

• Upload content that is defamatory, misleading, or infringing

• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. User Content & Feedback

You own your content (journal entries, check-ins, notes).
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.
If you share feedback or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without obligation.

9. Intellectual Property

All LevlMind content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may integrate third-party tools (hosting, analytics, AI processing).
We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply when used.

11. Subscriptions & Payments

• iOS subscriptions are handled exclusively through Apple’s App Store.

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.

• Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.

• Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy.

• Prices may change with notice to existing users.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YOU ALONE DECIDE WHEN AND HOW TO TRADE. TRADING INVOLVES RISK, INCLUDING LOSS OF CAPITAL.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVLMIND AND ITS OWNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
  Total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless LevlMind and its affiliates from claims arising from your use, your content, or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before filing a claim, email info@levlmind.com to try informal resolution.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules, in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, or by video conference.
Class actions are waived.
You may opt out within 30 days by emailing “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law.
Venue: state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for security or policy violations.
You may stop using the App at any time. Sections such as IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.

18. Export & Sanctions Compliance

You confirm you are not subject to U.S. sanctions and will comply with all applicable export laws.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally.
Updated versions will be posted in-app and on our website with a new Effective Date.
Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
